You will be responsible for assisting customers via live chat and email , answering product questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers have a great experience with our software.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email • Troubleshoot basic software issues • Escalate technical problems when needed • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Document customer feedback and common issues • Work closely with our support and operations teams
Requirements
• Previous experience in chat and email support for a software or SaaS company • Excellent written English • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Reliable internet connection and computer • Experience with help desk platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar is a plus
