Requirements We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Continuity Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, evaluate business impact, and ensure preparedness for any disruptive events.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses.
• Coordinate and lead BCP/DR testing exercises; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work with IT and business units to ensure systems and processes are resilient.
• Maintain documentation and regularly update business continuity plans.
• Provide training and awareness programs across the organization.
• Serve as a key contact during actual disruptions or incidents.
Requirements: • Proven experience in business continuity, risk management, or disaster recovery.
• Strong understanding of BCP/DR frameworks.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Relevant certification is a plus.
