Job Description:

This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.

About the Role
Provide reliable data for process owners / decision makers and ensure integrity as well as reliable execution of reoccurring reports for internal + external stakeholders.
This role has overall responsibility of administrative freight costing activities for CF Europe including invoice processing, invoice matching and month end activities. This role guarantees the integrity and silent running of freight costing module in the system. This role is also responsible for analyzing, reporting, and improving end to end logistics costs, supporting efficiency initiatives for cost competitiveness.

What you will deliver
Shift Timings IST: 11:30 am - 8:30 pm IST
Responsible for robust FC maintenance process and efficient ways of working.
Review and update fuel rates, freight rates and conditions in SAP (ocean freight, Geodis packed & bulk)
Own and improve KPIs:
• freight cost coverage

• freight cost accuracy

Ensure integrity of data demonstrated in dashboards by validation
Increase overall automation level and integrity in financial reporting and P2P
Monitor, match and process invoices from suppliers in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Assist and advise the Finance department during the month end closure
Support harmonization of freight cost processes and financial reporting across CF Europe
Understand and harmonize financial reporting from operational performance monitoring to use of the same data in cost to serve calculations / PCTP.
Maintain integrity and update dashboards for the local team
Support continuous improvement by running analyses for the team and by managing improvement initiatives
Cooperate closely with equivalent roles in European CF team
Support finance in reporting and costing of 3rd party turnkey supplier for GME invoices (SAP and SRM
Simplify and automize complex operational processes
High focus on accuracy and end to end automation
Drive Cost-awareness throughout the Logistic Team
Complexity of the monthly timely reporting and freight costing errors
Processing the invoices where delays might create commercial issues

Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum level: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration or Engineering, including work experience in an international environment

• 4 to 7 years of work experience in Logistics / Supply Chain roles or digital roles

• Deep knowledge in SAP, P2P and freight settlement processes in particular

• Deep knowledge in Data Analytics applications

• Fluent English and Dutch in word and writing
