Information Editor/Author 技术服务内容工程师

Task(s): 工作职责 • Work proactively with OEM engineering (R&D) department/Aftersales service department to collect the technical design inputs to start the content authoring.

编写、维护技术内容(操作手册/快速指南/维修保养手册/备件目录)和插图，审核校对技术出版物。 • Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to make sure the content is accurate and delivered as scheduled.

Requirement(s): 职位要求 • College degree or above. Mechanical design/Manufacturing/Electric are preferred.

大专及以上学历，机械设计与制造，电气，液压等专业。 • 3+ years’ experience within the service industry (or working as Service engineer or technician). Technical manuals and catalog development experience is preferred.

3年以上售后服务行业（或服务工程师或维修技师）的经验。技术维修手册/使用手册/零件目录开发经验者优先。 • Familiar with some of the XML editors/illustration tools/CMS and Authoring software. Expert in developing structured and reusable content using XML/DITA/S1000D is preferred.
