What You'll Do • Dial 200+ qualified prospects daily using our auto-dialer • Book 3-5 appointments per shift (20-30 per week) • Follow a proven script and update CRM only for booked calls • Join a daily 30-minute Zoom huddle for coaching and leaderboard updates • Consistently hit KPIs: contact ratio, conversion %, and quality scores (promotion comes fast for top performers)
