What you’ll do • Design sourcing strategies: Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques.
• Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency.
• Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market.
• Market map and ensure TechBiz Global has healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights and create action plans that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
Requirements • Experience in attracting talent through different tools and methods like Linkedin Recruiter, X-ray searching (building boolean strings), Github, events, etc is a plus, but if not available you will receive a proper training
• Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time and are excited to solve problems and love to challenge the status quo.
• Strong communication in English (both verbal and written).
Nice to have • Experience working in a scaling tech organization.
