Job Summary We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Analyst to serve as a key player in our strategic finance and fundraising efforts. This is not a back-office accounting role; it is a front-line position focused on capital markets, valuation, and executive-level storytelling. You will work directly with leadership to build the financial frameworks and investor materials that fuel the rapid expansion of a delivery-first food technology leader. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain sophisticated, three-statement financial models and valuation analyses to support fundraising and strategic decision-making. • Lead the creation of institutional-grade investor materials, including pitch decks, investment memorandums, and board presentations. • Manage the investor relations pipeline, drafting updates and performance reports for stakeholders. • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the consumer, food-tech, and logistics sectors. • Support capital raising initiatives by managing data rooms and responding to due diligence inquiries. • Partner with senior leadership to synthesize operational KPIs into financial forecasts.
Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. • 2–5 years of professional finance experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development. • Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (deck design). • Proven track record of creating investor-facing materials and pitch books. • Deep understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Comps, etc.) and three-statement modeling. • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work US Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
Nice-to-Haves • Experience in Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). • Prior experience in high-growth startups or the Consumer/F&B/Marketplace industries. • Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA, or an MBA. • Experience managing end-to-end capital raises.
