The HR Associate is responsible for supporting recruitment activities and related processes within the HR office
Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage timely posting of job ads through external media and company website.
• Screen job applications and conduct entrance examinations.
• Schedule job interviews and conduct reference checks on candidates.
• Conduct HR orientations and facilitate office tours for new hires.
• Prepare initial job offers, subject to Management approval.
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management or related field
• At least 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably from an IT or BPO industry
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident in handling sensitive information and communicating effectively with both managerial and associate levels
• Above average English communication skills
• Expert Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel
