Develop and execute multi‑year enterprise and partner strategies to grow revenue, wallet share and market presence across the UK, Ireland and priority EMEA markets.
Deepen strategic, executive‑level relationships and co‑develop regional roadmaps while leading co‑selling and co‑marketing initiatives tailored to local dynamics.
Negotiate and structure enterprise and channel agreements that balance customer value with Fiserv commercial and risk frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Shape pricing, incentives, service level agreements and commercial constructs suitable for diverse regulatory and market environments.
Equip sales and relationship teams with compelling propositions, localised pricing guidance and go‑to‑market materials to drive consistent regional execution.
Coordinate delivery across product, engineering and operations to ensure smooth onboarding, solution readiness and client success.
Design and manage scalable partner onboarding, enablement and performance programmes that accelerate time to value across markets.
Monitor commercial performance, maintain pipeline discipline and engage senior stakeholders to protect renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
What you will need to have:
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of negotiating complex enterprise or channel agreements and closing high‑value deals.
Demonstrable ability to manage executive relationships across multiple markets and align sales, product, operations and leadership.
Familiarity with payments, fintech or enterprise B2B technology business models across the EMEA region.
Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and translate strategy into measurable KPIs and commercial outcomes.
Location in the UK or Ireland with flexibility for regular travel across EMEA for partner and enterprise engagements.
What would be great to have:
Experience building and scaling regional partner ecosystems and channel‑led revenue motions.
Knowledge of payments technologies such as tokenisation, gateways and EMV, and regulatory environments across EMEA.
Background working with banks, acquirers or large enterprise accounts in multiple EMEA markets.
Experience with P&L stewardship, pricing strategy or commercial analytics to optimise regional margins.
MBA or relevant industry certifications.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Experience designing partner onboarding, enablement and joint marketing programmes for multinational partners.
