Job Summary**

BP America Prod Co (EP) is seeking a skilled Drilling Engineer to contribute to the safe and efficient execution of drilling and well intervention operations. This role focuses on optimizing well construction processes, ensuring well integrity, and managing operational risks.

Job Responsibilities**

* Oversee and execute casing and wellhead recovery operations.
* Implement common processes for well activation, ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Manage and optimize completions and interventions strategies.
* Utilize Managed Pressure Drilling techniques to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
* Lead and participate in the management of change processes for drilling operations.
* Conduct monitoring and maintenance of drilling equipment and well systems.
* Coordinate and supervise rig and vessel intake and startup procedures.
* Direct and manage day-to-day rig and vessel operations.
* Develop and implement robust Risk Management strategies for all drilling activities.
* Plan and execute side-track operations effectively.
* Contribute to Supplier Performance Management related to drilling services and equipment.
* Ensure the integrity and functionality of surface wellheads and xmas trees.
* Supervise tubular handling and installation processes.
* Design and implement well barrier solutions to maintain well integrity.
* Maintain expert knowledge and application of Well Control principles and procedures.

Job Qualifications**

* Demonstrated expertise in Casing and wellhead recovery techniques.
* Proficiency in the Common process for wells activation.
* Extensive experience with Completions and Interventions.
* Strong background in Managed Pressure Drilling methodologies.
* Proven ability in Management of change processes within drilling environments.
* Experience in monitoring and maintenance of drilling assets.
* Familiarity with Rig and vessel intake and startup procedures.
* Competence in Rig and vessel operations.
* Exceptional skills in Risk Management within the oil and gas sector.
* Experience with Side-track operations.
* Knowledge of Supplier Performance Management.
* Understanding of Surface wellheads and xmas trees.
* Proficiency in Tubular handling and installation.
* Expertise in Well barrier design.
* Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Well Control principles.
