Tasks
• Business development. You identify suitable manufacturer partners and proactively reach out to them. You get new companies talking to Acoustic Index.
• Pipeline building. You book first meetings for the founders and keep the sales pipeline full and well followed up.
• Market and lead research. You systematically expand our target list across DACH and beyond and find the right contacts.
• CRM. You document every contact cleanly and keep the whole pipeline in view.
Requirements
• AI-Native, you have been using AI since the beginning and integrate it into your daily workflow.
• Enrolled in business, economics, engineering or a related field. Whether it is a mandatory or a voluntary internship does not matter, as long as you can be all in. One to four previous internships are a plus, not a must.
• Native-level proficiency in at least one of German, French or Italian, combined with very good English.
• Strong communicator. You proactively approach people and companies and hold conversations at eye level, including with managing directors, and CEOs.
• Self-driven and hands-on. This role is not a nine-to-five. It is for someone who wants responsibility and goes all in.
• Advantage: Very good French or Italian proficiency. In France and Italy, many SME managing directors do not speak good English, so you would open these markets for us directly and take on visible responsibility quickly.
