What You'll Do • Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch — outbound-first
• Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract
• Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side
• Develop partnerships and expand our network across US and European markets
• Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe
Requirements • Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences
• English C1+ — you'll work primarily with US and European clients
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development Management
• 3+ years at an IT outsourcing / staff augmentation company
• Proven outbound track record — pipeline building, deal closing, hitting revenue targets
• Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders
• Open to business travel
