Your Role and Impact:
As a Client CFO at CleverProfits, you'll drive financial excellence and strategic growth for our diverse client base. This role blends strategic leadership, client relationship management, and market innovation to deliver top-tier financial services.

Key Responsibilities

👥Strategic Leadership:
• Architect and implement comprehensive financial and revenue strategies integrating financial management, tax planning, and client success.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with C-level peers to ensure financial strategies support overall company objectives.

📈Financial Management:
• Analyze and submit monthly financial reports for clients.
• Recommend best practices in financial operations and cash flow management to clients.

🤝Client Engagement:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing strategic advice and insights through regular interactions and monthly calls.
• Manage projects and client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial services.
• Build relationships with other professionals and organizations to foster long-term partnerships.

🚀Market Innovation:
• Stay ahead of market trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue streams and market presence.
• Optimize pricing strategies and revenue models to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

📊Collaboration and Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, financial data, and other relevant KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to align efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
• CPA, CMA, or EA certification
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience managing multiple clients with diverse priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets or Excel

Preferred Experience:
• Working on/with small to mid-sized team(s)
• Familiarity with sales/marketing technologies, CRM systems, and other relevant tools/software
