We’re looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll assist customers through email, chat, and phone communications while helping create a positive customer experience. What You’ll Do • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy. • Assist customers with account-related questions and support requests. • Provide accurate information about products and services. • Document customer interactions in company systems. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. • Follow customer service procedures and company guidelines. • Maintain a positive and respectful tone in all interactions. • Help resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications Required • 1+ year of customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Basic computer proficiency • Strong attention to detail • Reliable internet connection • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred • Previous remote work experience • Familiarity with CRM platforms • Experience with email and chat support

Compensation & Benefits • $28–$35 per hour • Estimated annual earning potential: $58,000–$72,000
