We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (B2B) to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and other business networks across Asia. • Generate and qualify leads through various online channels and professional directories. • Conduct outreach via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls to introduce the company and engage prospects. • Schedule and coordinate online meetings between qualified leads and the sales team. • Maintain accurate CRM records, logging communication history and lead details. • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality. • Track performance and suggest ways to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or SDR roles. • Proven experience in a B2B environment is preferred. • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; familiarity with Chinese or other Asian languages is a plus. • Proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms. • Excellent interpersonal and outreach communication abilities. • Goal-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently. • Open to feedback and committed to career growth in sales or business development.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: • Internet Connection: • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device: • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device: • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. • Must be functional during power interruptions.
