Description
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
About Savvital
Savvital helps businesses across the United States scale by providing dedicated Virtual Professionals who become an extension of their team. Our clients trust us to solve operational challenges, improve efficiency, and create measurable business outcomes.
As an SDR, you are the first impression of Savvital. You are not simply booking meetings. You are opening doors, creating opportunities, and directly contributing to the growth of the company.
This role is not designed for everyone.
We are looking for individuals who are highly disciplined, competitive, resilient, and hungry to build a career in sales.
What You'll Be Responsible For
• Prospecting business owners and decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
• Generating qualified appointments for our Business Consultants.
• Conducting research on target accounts and identifying key decision-makers.
• Following up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
• Working closely with Business Consultants to ensure smooth appointment handoffs.
• Continuously improving messaging, objection handling, and sales skills.
Performance Expectations
This is a performance-driven role.
Success will be measured through:
• Outbound call activity
• Email activity
• Qualified appointments booked
• Appointment show rate
• Revenue generated from booked meetings
• CRM accuracy and hygiene
• Consistency of effort and execution
• We believe activity creates opportunities.
• Candidates should expect to spend a significant portion of their day prospecting and speaking with potential clients.
The Type of Person Who Thrives Here
• You Take Ownership
• You do not blame lead lists, software, prospects, market conditions, or teammates.
• When results are not where they need to be, your first instinct is to ask:
• "What can I do differently?"
Not:
• "Why isn't this working?"
• You Understand That Sales Is Repetition
• Sales is not about making one great call.
• It is about making the next call.
• And then the next one.
• And then the next one.
• You understand that success comes from executing the same fundamentals consistently over long periods of time.
• You Are Comfortable With Rejection
You will hear:
• Not interested
• Call me later
• Remove me from your list
• We already have someone
Often.
The right candidate does not take rejection personally.
They move on quickly and maintain the same energy on the next conversation.
You Are Coachable
The fastest-growing SDRs are not the most talented.
They are the ones who actively seek feedback and implement it.
You should be comfortable having calls reviewed, receiving constructive criticism, and continuously improving.
You Bring Energy Every Day
Clients buy confidence.
Prospects respond to enthusiasm.
We are looking for individuals who show up every day with urgency, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
This Role Is NOT For You If
• You need constant supervision to stay productive.
• You struggle with accountability.
• You frequently make excuses for missed targets.
• You dislike making outbound calls.
• You avoid difficult conversations.
• You become discouraged after hearing "no."
• You believe effort should be rewarded regardless of results.
• You are looking for a comfortable, low-pressure role.
What We Value More Than Experience
While prior sales experience is helpful, we place greater value on:
Work ethic
• Discipline
• Coachability
• Consistency
• Professionalism
• Communication skills
• Competitive drive
• Personal accountability
• We can teach sales.
• We cannot teach hunger.
Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and professional work setup.
• Previous outbound sales experience is preferred but not required.
Before You Apply
Ask yourself honestly:
Can I make hundreds of outbound calls every week without losing energy?
Can I stay disciplined when results are not immediate?

Do I want a long-term career in sales?
