Responsibilities • Responsible for managing the purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders • Proactively communicate order status via phone and email • Prioritize and complete work in order from high priority to low priority • Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders
Qualifications • Prior sales and/or customer service experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Results oriented and service minded • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize work • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices • The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

- $15.00 - $23.79 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
