We are looking for a Senior UA Manager.
Your main tasks will be: • Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for 2 similar dating products, working with both app and web funnels. • Own campaign performance: analyze key metrics, optimize budgets, improve ROI/CPA/CPI, and scale traffic without losing efficiency. • Develop and test new growth hypotheses: audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, app/web flows, and creative angles. • Work closely with the creative team: research competitors, generate creative hypotheses, prepare clear briefs, and evaluate creative performance. • Build structured reporting and improve campaign management processes, including automation through rules, tools, and other scalable solutions.
We expect from you: • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads, ideally in dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or other high-volume B2C products. • Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets: at least $100k/month, ideally with scale up to $400k–$500k/month. • Strong experience with both app and web acquisition funnels; web experience is especially important as we are actively scaling this direction. • Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, reports, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, internal analytics/CRM tools, and explain decisions through numbers. • Russian fluency; English reading/writing skills are enough for working with tools and documentation.
