Tasks

• Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest to enhance client visibility and revenue.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and translate these into effective social media strategies that align with our core values of drive, honesty, and performance.

• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, ensuring consistent improvement in client outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and platform updates to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge marketing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

• Foster a culture of teamwork and ownership by actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas that support the collective goals of the company and its clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize ad performance.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a small team environment.

• Ability to take ownership of projects and demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines and achieving set goals.
