Role Responsibilities • Construct scenarios across enterprise talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale. • Build tasks involving enterprise HRIS at 5K+ to 50K+ employee scale (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud). • Develop multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios (FMLA, ADA, EU parental leave, APAC statutory programs). • Design enterprise total rewards programs including equity, deferred comp, and executive compensation. • Author tasks on Fortune 500 DEI programs, organizational design, and M&A people integration; write rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise HR judgment from generic guidance.
Qualifications Must-Have
• 5+ years in HR, People Operations, Total Rewards, or Talent at a Fortune 500 or large public company, OR at a top-tier HR advisory or executive search firm serving Fortune 500 clients (Mercer, Aon, WTW, Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles). • Direct experience with enterprise HRIS at scale and with multi-country workforce programs. • Familiarity with Fortune 500 compensation philosophy, equity programs, and regulatory environments.
Preferred • Prior rubric, training-content, or HR enablement authorship.
