Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and workstreams, including execution, quality, timelines, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction. • Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, risks, and critical paths. • Establish and manage governance structures, including operating reviews, steering committees, executive reporting, and escalation processes. • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning operations, technology, data, analytics, finance, and client-facing functions. • Manage distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery performance. • Lead stakeholder engagement across client organizations and internal leadership teams, serving as the primary point of contact for program execution. • Maintain ownership of program risk management, including risk registers, issue tracking, mitigation planning, and escalation management. • Drive benefits realization by defining success metrics, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. • Oversee resource planning and capacity management, ensuring teams remain appropriately staffed to meet delivery commitments. • Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, vendor spend, and variance reporting. • Coordinate third-party vendors and external partners, including onboarding, performance management, contract oversight, and delivery governance. • Implement and adapt project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management approaches where appropriate. • Track program performance through delivery metrics, operational KPIs, resource utilization, and executive reporting dashboards. • Lead change control processes, ensuring scope adjustments are evaluated, documented, and approved through appropriate governance channels. • Develop detailed implementation plans for future phases and expansion initiatives, including effort estimates, resource requirements, timelines, and risk assessments. • Manage program transitions, scaling activities, and operational handoffs while minimizing disruption to ongoing delivery. • Build and maintain program documentation, including operating procedures, decision logs, governance records, and lessons learned repositories. • Lead team development activities, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and succession planning. • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all delivery functions.

Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations leadership, consulting, or related delivery-focused roles. • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs with accountability for delivery outcomes, budgets, and stakeholder management. • Demonstrated success managing distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones. • Strong experience establishing program governance frameworks and executive reporting structures. • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including senior executives, clients, operational teams, and external vendors. • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost governance, and variance analysis. • Experience managing program risks, dependencies, change requests, and cross-functional delivery challenges. • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management. • Strong understanding of business systems, data-driven operations, workflow management, and technology-enabled delivery environments. • Experience developing detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, resource models, and implementation roadmaps. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making. • Experience managing third-party vendors, service providers, and outsourced delivery teams. • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent are preferred. • Ability to operate effectively in fast-growing, evolving environments where structure must often be built rather than inherited.
