What You Will Do Own messaging and positioning: Craft differentiated, compelling narratives for Elastic Observability that resonate with both practitioners and decision makers. Drive go-to-market strategy end-to-end: Define and lead GTM for new launches and campaigns from strategy through execution and track metrics. Enable the field: Build training and content that empowers sales, solutions engineering, and customer success to tell the Elastic story with confidence.

Requirements • Direct experience with Observability, DevOps, or cloud-native infrastructure use cases • Curiosity about the 'how' of technology, paired with the storytelling instinct to explain the 'why' to any audience • A track record of crafting engaging content through blog posts, presentations, demos, videos that makes technical ideas accessible and compelling • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to audiences of all sizes, from an intimate field briefing to a conference keynote • Experience collaborating across a highly cross-functional, globally distributed team
