• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to gain a deep understanding of project requirements and specifications.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
• Conduct thorough manual testing to identify and document defects, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
• Actively contributes to the enhancement of our QA processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Provide valuable feedback to developers and stakeholders to enhance product quality and user experience.
• Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
• Review new products, SRS, BRD, and other technical documents to create detailed test cases, ensuring the new product meets all requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of product changes to ensure they are properly implemented in all future updates.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance to continuously improve our QA processes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech, banking or software development environment.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
